The Investment Process
We get all the hard work done and put our own capital at risk together with you
Target Identification
We utilise our nation-wide network of selling agents, farm owners and wholesale partners to identify, approach and analyse farms for sale. This opens up access to off-market opportunities.
Asset Acquisition
Together with the investors we work out a suitable equity/debt structure and form a new entity to purchase and own the asset. We also contribute our own capital to the entity and tend to retain majority shareholdings in the new entity.
Operational Management
We assume all responsibilities to manage the farms and distribute dividends from the farms to their respective investors.
